In 2018, we started our own manufacturing unit and brand as CEIBA CAPACITORS with an AIM to provide the best quality product.

Manufacturing Process
Our manufacturing process is the best in Industry where automated machines are used to ensure the best quality product.Below is an overview of our process.
WINDING
Winding is done using an Automatic winding machine by Jognics which generates four elements in each cycle. This machine's production capacity is 1200 to 1500 small-size elements per hour.
SPRAY COATING
The coating is done by an Automatic Spray Coating machine of the MEC brand. This machine coats both sides of the element and collects zinc waste in the bin to protect the environment.
OVEN
An Automatic temperature control oven machine helps remove moisture from the element.
BRUSHING
We use an Automatic brushing machine which helps to clean extra zinc from elements. And make bust-proof capacitors.
SORT CLEARING
We use an Automatic sort-clearing machine to check the element quality in the middle of the production process. This machine gives 440 volts of the circuit to the element and discharges it to validate the quality.
RESIN DISPENCING
The resin and hardener mixing machine creates a solution for capacitors and discharges a set fixed quantity of solution for consistent quality. This machine requires setting the ratio of resin and hardener.
QUALITY TESTING
This machine does the final checks of the MFD and quality of capacitors. Also, if any capacitors of different MFD are mixed in the lot, the machine will segregate those capacitors.
PRINTING
All required details such as Brand Name, Logo, MFD, Volt, Temperature, MPP SH, Manufacturing Year, Variation Information and Country of Origin are printed on each piece manufactured.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Packaging is done in different quantities as per capacitor size and customer requirements. We ensure sturdy packaging for safe transit.
